SHIPPING POLICY
As we only wish to provide the best and freshest products to our customers, we do not hold excess stock. Once you place your order, we aim to dispatch within 1 to 5 working days. You will receive another notification when your order is dispatched.
We have three delivery options:

Standard UK-Wide Delivery
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We aim to dispatch your order within one to five working days once your order has been placed using Royal Mail Signed For® 2nd Class. This delivery method normally takes 3 business days.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at leicesterpremiumbiltong@gmail.com, with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Please note that we do reserve the right to select a different delivery method without prior notice and that it could potentially take longer to deliver.
Leicester Local delivery
Free local delivery is available for orders over £11.96 within a 2.5km radius of our pickup location. See Map below.
We aim to deliver your order within 0 to 4 working days.
Leicester Pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 1 Southview Drive, Leicester LE5 5SG. After placing your order and selecting Leicester Pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for collection within 0 to 4 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our pickup hours are from 12:00 to 19:00 on Monday to Sunday. Please wait for confirmation before picking up your order. When you come to pick up your order, please have your order confirmation email and ID with you.
We aim to deliver the goods you’ve ordered as quickly as possible. Once it has been placed, we are available for any queries or questions you may have.
