Leicester Premium Biltong aims to provide an excellent experience every time, but even we can have the off day occasionally. To ensure you have the best experience possible, please review our shipping policy and keep it in mind when placing an order.

Shipping Accuracy: Please check your addresses carefully! Our delivery guarantee only extends to correctly addressed orders. We cannot guarantee the condition of the package if the delivery service has to reroute. We guarantee delivery only to the provided address confirmed on the order acknowledgement.

No P.O./ International Addresses: Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes, or international addresses.

Refunds and Replacements: In the very unlikely event that there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving delivery by emailing leicesterpremiumbiltong@gmail.com, and we will look to rectify the issue either by providing a replacement or refunding you. Please ensure that the packaging is unopened and in the original condition when returned to us.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns for any other reasons. Please note that we reserve the right to limit refunds and replacements.

Ordering Policy: Orders can be placed by our website via www.leicesterpremiumbiltong.co.uk. For security purposes we do not accept order information via email.

Cancellation policy or change of order: Any change to orders including cancellations must be communicated to us within 24 hours of the order being made. If outside of this timeframe, we cannot guarantee the change or cancellation.

Handling and Freshness: All products shipped from Leicester Premium Biltong are freshly produced and do not contain any artificial preservatives. We recommend that our products are stored in a cool dry place such as a pantry or cupboard and consumed within 2 weeks of receiving your order.
